Crash-friendly and cheap

The BOTHE-HILD high-speed door with its high-quality PVC-foil is used as hall partition, in cold-storage depots or in case of fast fork lift traffic. The construction with three single segments relieves the  repairing and minimises the costs because mostly only the damaged segment has to be replaced.

The PVC high-speed doors are available in harmonised colours in widths up to 6 metres. Transparent and closed sections are arbitrarily combinable.

Serially, the sturdy steel construction is powder coated in the signal colour yellow, but can be adjusted to the local requirements by any RAL colour.

By the anti-crash-system, BOTHE-HILD counts on low operating costs: For example, if the PVC curtain derails in case of a fork lift crash, the rerailing is automatically effected during the door opening. Light barrier, collision protection and automatic closing are part of the standard equipment.

According to the customer's demand, a radar motion detector, induction loop, radio control and lots of other devices can be connected to the intelligent controller. Construction and drive are designed for a trouble-free three-shift operation.
